Our Services

Tiny Homes El Paso is a fully insured Texas contractor providing design-build tiny home and casita (accessory dwelling unit / ADU) services in El Paso, TX and surrounding El Paso County. All work is performed by our insured team.

Estimates and Pricing

Site consultations and initial estimates are provided free of charge. Final pricing is confirmed in a written contract after a site visit and design review. Any changes during construction will be communicated and approved before work proceeds.

Permits & Approvals

We manage the permit application process with the relevant city or county building department, but final approval timelines are ultimately determined by that agency and are not guaranteed.

Warranty

We provide a workmanship warranty on completed construction, and manufacturer warranties apply to installed materials and fixtures as provided by the respective manufacturers. Warranty terms are detailed in your project contract.
